These are the terms (and initial definitions) for consideration in our logic model strand work provided during the recent training from EDC ( a MA-based firm retained by NMEF for this purpose - please note that the instructor apologized for not including Winooski in the title line and footer).

Logic Model This takes you to a google spreadsheet version of our logic model work. A couple of notes:

• It is view only for now and very much a "living" document that I will continue to revamp and update
• I have slightly redesigned the layout based on a meeting/conversation with Dawn Ellis, who is working with us on pulling the larger logic model together
• We have a good start on the logic flow based on our last meeting - now we need to be thinking in terms of "Why?" and "What would that look like?"
• I've consolidated some of the thoughts that were duplicates and/or fell into clusters
• "Outputs" now run through both short and long term outcomes - think about that as a place for meetings, forums, visits, etc that derive and/or support the outcomes
• "Factors" has been added as a category under "Resources" to capture the things that we have little or no control over but could impact this work
